Process for Emax & Zirconium dioxide veneers/crowns?

At Tru Smiles, we do the following.

1. Pre-appointment

Our experts conduct a full examination of your tooth cavity, including x-rays, to determine if you have gum disease, tooth decay, or other dental problems. So we can see if veneers are the right choice for you. We also discuss your wishes and plan your smile using the Digital Smile Design software.

2nd. Preparation of the tooth enamel

In the next step, a thin layer of tooth enamel is removed ( about 0.3 mm ).

This is done to:

To create space so that we can smoothly attach the veneer to your tooth

ensure that your bite is not hindered

But don't worry. You will not feel any pain, but as a precaution, we can give you a local anesthetic.

3rd. Teeth impression

Then we take an impression of your teeth with impression material and determine your natural tooth color. This information is sent to our laboratory, where our technicians make an individual veneer for you. In the meantime, we are putting provisional veneer shells on your teeth.

4th. Permanent insertion of the veneers

After we have received your veneers and removed the provisional veneers, we put your brand-new veneers on your teeth and make any final adjustments to fit, shape, color, etc. If you are satisfied with the appearance and feel of your veneers, we will do a deep cleaning of your teeth.

Then we stick the veneers on your teeth with tooth cement and harden them with UV light to harden the adhesive. Finally, we remove the excess cement and make sure that the veneers sit well and your bite is perfect.
